Upload a photo or animated avatar
In the Echoes form, use Choose a file in the avatar section for your photo or GIF, or choose a GIF avatar from GIPHY. Your avatar is separate from message attachments. Uploaded avatars must be at least 64 by 64 pixels; source files can be up to 10 MB. The site resizes supported uploads, and uploaded media stays private until screening completes.
Attach an image, GIF or short video
Use the paperclip or drag files into the Echoes message area. You can attach up to five supported images, GIFs or short videos. Source limits are 20 MB per image/GIF and 100 MB per video, with 120 MB combined. Prepared limits are 5 MB per image/GIF and 25 MB per video; videos can be up to two minutes. Attachments remain private while screening is pending.
Understand pending media
Processing means the upload has not finished its automatic checks; it is not a rejection. An uncertain result can go to private human review. If screening is unavailable, the file stays private. This public assistant cannot inspect an individual upload; send its details through Contact for help.
Choose your location
Country is required for an Echo. State, province or region and city are optional. Choose your country first, then an available region and city, or type an unlisted city. Only provide location details you want displayed with your public Echo.
Write an Echo
Echoes are comments for Wyatt Kohl. Messages can be up to 500 characters. Links, website addresses, disguised links and abusive or threatening content are not allowed. Your chosen name, location, message and avatar become public only as permitted by moderation.
Use atmosphere audio
On Echoes, Atmosphere audio controls the background vinyl loop. On Premiere, Atmosphere is on the right of the countdown heading; its switch and volume are independent of Premiere Sound on the left. Turn either switch on to listen, move its own volume slider to adjust it, and switch it off to stop. Audio does not start automatically. Premiere Sound offers five cinematic choices. These controls are not on every page.
Use Premiere Sound
Premiere Sound is left of PREMIERE BEGINS IN. Choose Rush Countdown, Powerful Epic Trailer, Cinematic Dark Trailer, Massive Trailer or Epic Cinematic Trailer. Both sound controls default OFF at 3 percent on a fresh visit. Each has its own independent switch and volume. Reloading within the same site visit restores the sound choice, volume and playback state when the browser allows audio; connection loss or leaving and returning resets the visit. The final ten seconds use a clock-synced cinematic build. With Premiere Sound enabled, the Westminster closing chime finish before opening YouTube. A dashboard fallback switch optionally adds a visible 30-second hold at zero only when YouTube Premiere setup failed and the video is scheduled for ordinary public release; leave it OFF for a configured Premiere. Help navigation is temporarily removed from the Premiere waiting page. The music is licensed from credited creators.

Use the media players
Homepage player. On the homepage, click Watch Now or the featured video to start playback. Use the controls inside the video to play or pause, adjust or mute the volume, move along the progress bar, and enter or leave fullscreen. Watch Now does not restart a video that is already playing. A full browser reload rebuilds the player and can briefly interrupt playback while its saved position is restored. If the controls do not respond, contact the team with the page and steps you tried.
Media page player. On the Media page, open the Wyatt Kohl Video Library and choose a video or short. Use the controls inside the video to play or pause, change or mute volume, move along the progress bar, and enter or leave fullscreen. PREV and NEXT browse library results. POP OUT opens the floating player; its return control restores the regular player. WATCH ON YOUTUBE opens the selected video on YouTube.
Choose a language
Use the language picker in the page header and choose an available language. Text embedded in artwork is part of the image and may not change with the surrounding page text. If supported text does not change correctly, tell the team which page and language you selected.
Choose the right contact category
Contact is the main mailbox for general inquiries. Support handles customer/site/account help; Security handles security reports; Admin handles authorized-user matters; Info handles business information; Press handles media and publicity. The addresses are contact, support, security, admin, info and press at wyattkohlmusic.com. The five additional addresses are aliases of the main contact mailbox.
Accessibility and spoken guidance
Open Accessibility and enable Spoken Guidance to hear headings, meaningful controls and page text on hover, keyboard focus or text selection. Choose the page language first. The site uses its own neural voice files, not installed browser voices. Voice files download only when enabled; first use is approximately 430 MB for most languages or 125 MB for Chinese. Extra Volume controls speech volume. Captions are optional and do not have to be enabled for speech. Indigenous voices remain Coming Soon. Available hardware and connection speed affect preparation time.
How to get trophies
Confirm your free WK Family email subscription to receive a personalized Welcome to the WK Family trophy.
Collect a different design each year during your first ten active subscription years. Your first ten designs are selected without repeats. The chart shows example designs for Year 1 through Year 10; your order may vary. Special trophies follow at 15, 20, 25 and 30 years, then every ten years from 40 through 200. A personal thank-you email still marks each active membership year.
Only time actively subscribed counts. A support-assisted delivery pause retains your record and earned trophies while pausing membership progress; resuming continues from the retained progress. Unsubscribing pauses your progress and stops these emails; confirming a resubscription resumes your progress while your record is retained. Unsubscribed records with no active text subscription are removed after 30 days. After removal, a new subscription starts a new membership record.
Each trophy is engraved with your name and milestone. Download the high-resolution transparent PNG from your email and keep it. Each download link expires after seven days; the expiration appears in your email. Support can send a fresh link. We record send attempts and trophy-link download requests, with date and time, to help with delivery support. If you lose a trophy, contact Support; authorized staff can resend an earned trophy without creating another award or resetting your progress.
